The Township has received notice from the Minister approving the Official Plan with amendments. Copies of the approval notice and the Minister’s modifications are available below.
These amendments are now in full force and effect, and all planning decisions will be made in accordance with the updated Official Plan.
A presentation by the Township’s planning consultant will be provided in December to help explain the Minister’s changes from the Township’s submitted version.
A consolidated version of the Official Plan reflecting all approved amendments will also be available by late December.
Residents should note that some planning applications may be affected by these changes.
