A key piece of enjoying South Algonquin is learning to appreciate winter!
In the towns of both Whitney and Madawaska, we maintain outdoor rinks (ODRs). Both of these facilities are weather permitting and each year a team of dedicated staff work tirelessly to make the magic that is being able to skate under the stars.
Both facilities have access to buildings for changing equipment. When possible, volunteers maintain a canteen at both locations.
