TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council for The Corporation of the Township of South Algonquin passed By-law No. 2024-801 on the 3rd day of July, 2024, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 to amend zoning provisions in the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 2017-527.
The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to permit Additional Residential Units (ARUs) for lands within the Township of South Algonquin Settlement Area Residential (R1), Settlement Area Shoreline Residential (R2), Shoreline Residential (SR), and Rural (RU) Zones.
There were no comments or concerns from the public that influenced the decision of Council.
